29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met:  a) Jobsite located at 3264 Concord Rd, Aston, PA, 19014 - A written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals during drywall finishing activities. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to limestone and silica contained in the USG Sheetrock Midweight Joint Compound.  Conditions noted on or about August 6, 2025

The employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace, including but not limited to limestone and silica contained in the USG Sheetrock Midweight Joint Compound were maintained in the workplace.
