Employee(s) used a Makita portable power grinder to sand interior concrete wall without integrated water delivery system for continuously feeding water to the blade, as designed for use with the tool for dust suppression or equipped with commercially available shroud and dust collection system . Where the control measures prescribed in Table-1 were not implemented, the employer did not assess employees' exposure to crystalline silica through air monitoring.   Conditions noted or about August 7, 2025.
