OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a.) At the worksite, located at 3410 Monarch Breeze Dr Riverview, Fl 33578; On or about 8/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25ft in that untrained personnel were authorized to operate a Genie 60 ft telescopic boom aerial lift in order to perform painting operations on a residential apartment building.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. And/or the employer did not ensure employees are trained in the requirements of this paragraph on or before May 17, 2017.    a.) At the worksite, located at 3410 Monarch Breeze Dr Riverview, Fl 33578; On or about 8/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25ft in that employees did not have training on the use fall protection systems while painting the side of a residential apartment building from a  Genie 60 ft telescopic boom aerial lift.

At the worksite, located at 3410 Monarch Breeze Dr Riverview, Fl 33578; On or about 8/8/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25ft in that employees did not have a fall protection system in place while painting the side of a residential apartment building from a  Genie 60 ft telescopic boom aerial lift.
