For each workplace where there is the possibility of an emergency involving formaldehyde, the employer shall assure appropriate procedures are adopted to minimize injury and loss of life.  Appropriate procedures shall be implemented in the event of an emergency.   Site - On or about August 8, 2025, employees working with formaldehyde containing chemicals including but not limited to Introfiant, and appropriate emergency procedures were not implemented.
