29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located at 1532 Almere Drive, Hampton, GA 30228: On or about 08/08/2025, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools, in that a 20 ft red and black electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
