29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  a) COP Carrolton: On March 25, 2025, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall and struck-by hazards in that the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections to discover hazards while employees were erecting trusses that were improperly braced and utilizing incorrect anchor points for fall protection.
