A) Boulevard, Scarsdale - NY:  An employee was exposed to eye/face injuries while using a pneumatic nail gun while conducting siding work.  The employee was not protected by eye/face protection, on or about, August 4th, 2025.

A) Boulevard,  Scarsdale - NY: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 21-1/2 and 25- 1/2-feet while working on a pump jack scaffold that was not braced at the bottom. The employees were not wearing any type of complete fall protection devices either. The employees were exposed to falls, scaffold collapse hazards, on or about, August 4th, 2025.
