29 CFR  1910.22(d)(1):  The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:  (a)Novita Aurora, LLC at 47491 213th Street, Aurora, SD 57002: On or about and at times prior to August 12, 2025 the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from slips, trips or falls in that floor grates in the extraction building had missing and damaged sections and had not been repaired or replaced.  This condition exposed employees to slips, trips, or fall hazards.
