29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a): Exterior Structure- One employee working on top of the structure was not protected by any method of fall protection. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on the structure, on or about August 14, 2025.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
