29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Shell Convenience Store/On the roof - On or about 08/15/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided as employees were engaged in framing and sheathing activities.
