The JP Carroll Roofing LLC was previously cited for a similar fall protection violation, 29CFR1926.501(b)(13) of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1772266, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Auburn Road, West Hartford, CT 06119.

The JP Carroll Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1772266, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Auburn Road, West Hartford, CT 06119.
