29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On August 20, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in roofing activity were not protected from fall hazards while working from a pitched roof with the ground to eave height of approximately 21 feet.   TRC Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752295, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2024.   TRC Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1814805, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2025. 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) On August 20, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an extension ladder used by employees to access and egress the roof did not have its side rails extended at least 3 feet above the roof eave.    TRC Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1752295, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 20, 2024.   No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
