29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Worksite: 60 James Lane, Levittown, New York 11756 - An employee was not wearing a protective helmet and was exposed to being struck by lumber and tools while working below overhead framing on a residential home; on or about 8/22/25.
