29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Jobsite: 6191 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not ensure workers performing siding and roofing activities were protected from falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The workers were working from the roof of a 2 story building without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing workers to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about August 27, 2025.
