29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) Jobsite located at 1909 S. 12th St. Philadelphia, PA - On or about August 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing framing activities approximately 6-14 feet above ground level without the use of a fall protection system.
