29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a) On or about 8/27/2025 at workplace: Employees exposed to chemical exposure hazards in that the employer failed to maintain a written hazard communication program while using butane to power their Smoxy torch in the bartending area.  b) On or about 8/27/2025 at workplace: Employees exposed to chemical exposure hazards in that the employer failed to maintain a written hazard communication program while using Hypochlorite to clean dishes.  c) On or about 8/27/2025 at workplace: Employees exposed to chemical exposure hazards in that the employer failed to maintain a written hazard communication program while storing Monogram Clean Force Multi-Purpose Lavender Cleaner in the bartending area.
