29 CFR  1910.1030(f)(2)(i):29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure hepatitis B vaccination were available after the employee had received the training required in paragraph (g)(2)(vii)(I) and within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employees who have occupational exposure:  On or about August 21, 2025  - Klen Space Inc. located at 126 2nd Ave, New York, NY 10003  a) Employees who have anticipated  occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens (BBP) were not offered hepatitis B vaccination. The employer failed to make hepatitis B vaccination available to employees with anticipated occupational exposure to BBP.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
