29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) 3943 Atlantic Brigantine Blvd., Brigantine, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty feet to the ground below. The employee was working at the end of a pumpjack scaffold and was not protected from falls by personal fall protection or a completely netted/enclosed scaffold. Observed on or about 08/28/25  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
