29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  325 Warren Wright Road, Belchertown, MA: On or about August 29, 2025, an employee was observed working on a residential structure engaged in solar panel installation activities at heights of greater than 6 feet and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):  The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  325 Warren Wright Road, Belchertown, MA: On or about August 29, 2025, the employer had not prepared a written certification record of fall protection training which included the name or other identity of the person trained, the signature of the person trained, date(s) the training was completed, and the signature of the person who conducted the training for the employees who were performing work on a residential roof and exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.
