29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  a) 740 Bustleton Pike, RICHBORO, PA 18954, rear lower roof - On or about August 21, 2025, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to identify working conditions which are hazardous to the health or safety of employees, such as, but not limited to, fall hazards. Employees , engaged in roofing and skylight installation/replacement activities, were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet while working on a roof with no fall protection of any means.

The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours.
