29 CFR  1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  On or about September 2, 2025, at a jobsite located at 9350 Metcalf Ave Suite 210 in Overland Park Kansas, employees were exposed to health hazards in that lead accumulation was found on the workstation surface of an employee who provides practical fire arm instruction. Wipe sample of the employee's workstation indicate the presence of 21.9 micrograms of lead.
