29 CFR  1926.95(a): Personal protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, was not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition wherever it is necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants encountered in a manner capable of causing injury or impairment in the function of any part of the body through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact:  a) Jobsite located at 3030 N. 20th St. Philadelphia, PA 19132- The employer did not ensure that an employee utilized eye protection at the jobsite while performing spackling activities, thus exposing the employee to eye irritation hazards.  Condition observed on or about September 2, 2025.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) Jobsite located at 3030 N. 20th St. Philadelphia, PA 19132: The employer did not develop and implement a written Hazard Communication Program for employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals during drywall finishing activities. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to limestone and mica contained in the USG Sheetrock Midweight Joint Compound.  Conditions noted on or about September 2, 2025
