29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 8/22/2025 at a roof project located at 391 Schultz Road, West Seneca, New York; employees were shingling the roof of a two story apartment complex. The roof had an 5 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 22 feet. There was no fall protection in use.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
