Throughout the production area: On or about September 10, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that workers were allowed to walk and work around live parts of a Centurian Automatic Multicolor Textile Printer operating at 50 volts or more, and the employer did not guard the equipment by a form of approved enclosure.
