29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i)(B): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not guarded by suitable permanent, substantial partitions or screens so arranged so that only qualified persons would have access to the space within reach of the live parts. Any openings in such partitions or screens were not so sized and located that persons were not likely to come into accidental contact with the live parts or to bring conducting objects into contact with them:  a. Throughout the production area: On or about September 10, 2025 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that workers were allowed to walk and work around live parts of a Centurian Automatic Multicolor Textile Printer operating at 50 volts or more, and the employer did not guard the equipment by a form of approved enclosure.
