29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.  On or about September 11, 2025, on the eastside of a residential home, an employee was working from a work platform (often referred to as the basket/bucket) cutting down a tree and was not in use of a complete fall protection system.
