29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Back prep room, storage side: On or about 09-16-2025, two electric panels containing circuit breakers were blocked by long metal storage racks, exposing employees to hazards in case of emergency need to shut it off. b) Back prep room- storage closet (opposite side of storage side): On or about 09-16-2025, one electric panel containing circuit breakers was blocked by boxes and other items, exposing employees to hazards in case of emergency need to shut it off.
