At a jobsite, located at 107 River Road, Orange Park, FL: On or about September 15, 2025, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that tree trimming operations were being performed near energized overhead powerlines without protective measures in place.

29 CFR  1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact came closer than 10 ft. (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line:   a. At a jobsite, located at 107 River Road, Orange Park, FL: On or about September 15, 2025, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that employees operating a 2024 Nifty-Model SD64TD 4x4x4 to conduct tree trimming operations did not maintain a 10-foot clearance from energized overhead powerlines.
