29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:  a) Worksite was located at 491 Route 73 South, Marlton, NJ 08053  A worker was exposed to fall hazards of approximately twelve feet to concrete and asphalt as he was residing the upper section of the exterior walls from a supported scaffold  without fall protection.  Violation was observed on or about September 18, 2025.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
