29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:  a) Lot 23: On or about September 18, 2025, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, in that an adequate fall protection system was not provided while the employee was working on a 7:12 pitch roof at heights of approximately 23-feet to the ground level performing roofing activities.
