(a) Dynamic Remodeling, Inc. failed to document abatement within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each of the following cited violations had been corrected: Citation 1, Item 2 a serious violation of 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1) with an abatement date of January 15, 2026.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about September 17, 2025, employees conducting roofing activities on a residential structure to include tear-off, and shingle installation on a roof were not protected from falling to the lower level by a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of between 10-foot, 10-inches at the eave to in-excess of 25-foot onto grass, and concrete at the ridge. (b) On or about September 17, 2025, employees conducting roofing activities on a residential detached garage structure to include tear-off, decking and shingle installation of the single story roof were not protected from falling to the lower level by a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of 10-foot at the eave to in-excess of 15-foot onto grass, and concrete at the ridge.
