29 CFR  1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed rip saw was not guarded by a hood that completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:   a) On or about September 19, 2025, at the third level of the construction site located at 247 Worth Ave, Palm Beach, Florida, 33480, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a  portable table saw  (i.e. Ryobi - Model No. RTS08) that lacked a guard over the blade.
