29 CFR  1910.266(h)(6)(iv): Each log was not placed on a transport vehicle in an orderly manner and tightly secured.   On or about September 25, 2025, at a tree removal worksite located at a residential property, the operator of an excavator placed multiple large logs, at the same time, on the flatbed of a transport vehicle and employees were allowed to approach and enter into the danger area without ensuring each log was tightly secured.
