29 CFR  1926.200(g)(2): Traffic control signs or devices, including signs, signals, markings, barricades, and other devices, used for protection of construction workers, did not conform to Part 6 of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices ("MUTCD"), incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6:  a) Ditch Area off of Route 9 (S Broadway) Southbound Side - On or about September, 30, 2025, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards when lifting up a sign (RIGHT SHOULDER CLOSED ? MILE) when a vehicle struck the back of Truck 1042 (2007 GMC C5500, VIN: 1GDG5C1277F416468) that was not equipped with a high-intensity rotating, flashing, oscillating, or strobe lights.
