29 CFR  1910.147(c)(2)(i):Where an energy isolating device was not capable of being locked out, the employer's energy control program under 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1) did not utilize a tagout system:  a) At 2500 Gulf States Pkwy, Moundville, AL 35474, on or about October 20, 2025, in the sawmill, a lever hoist which was not capable of being locked out was used as an energy isolating device without being integrated into a tagout system.

29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B):The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy:  a) At 2500 Gulf States Pkwy, Moundville, AL 35474, on or about October 20, 2025, in the sawmill, energy control procedures utilized for employees performing maintenance on the sorter did not clearly and specifically outline the procedural steps for isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control all sources of hazardous energy such as gravitational energy.
