Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer shall make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up, including at least the following elements:  On or about November 5, 2025, the employer failed to provide post-exposure medical evaluation and follow-up to an employee who experienced splash exposure to an unknown liquid from a waste bag while performing janitorial duties at the Stahl Vision medical facility. The exposure involved contact with the employee's eyes, mouth, and skin during work in trash removal form a surgical medical environment where blood or other potentially infectious materials are present. As a result, the employee was exposed to potential infection hazards due to lack of timely medical evaluation and follow-up.
