Exposure was determined by percent carboxyhemoglobin in blood.   (b) On or about November 1, 2025, in a school locker room under renovation, a concrete finisher was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 149.3 ppm, which is 2.99 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.  Exposure was determined by percent carboxyhemoglobin in blood.   (c) On or about November 1, 2025, in a school locker room under renovation, a concrete finisher was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 170.5 ppm, which is 3.41 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.  Exposure was determined by percent carboxyhemoglobin in blood.   (d) On or about November 1, 2025, in a school locker room under renovation, a concrete finisher was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 161.9 ppm, which is 3.24 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.  Exposure was determined by percent carboxyhemoglobin in blood.   (e) On or about November 1, 2025, in a school locker room under renovation, a concrete finisher was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 204.6 ppm, which is 4.09 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm.  Exposure was determined by percent carboxyhemoglobin in blood.
