29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):    a) On or about November 3, 2025, at the 10798 Chickadee Ln., Houston, TX 77048 facility, a hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented prior to a worker welding on a truck mounted tank that previously contained used oil and antifreeze.
