29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  a. Wecare Sugarcreek Care Center dba Sugarcreek Care Center, 351 Causeway Drive Franklin, PA 16323,  on or about September 20th, 2025, and times prior thereto: Employees were periodically required to wear tight-fitting filtering facepiece respirators (3M brand Particulate respirators #1860) during assigned work tasks.   The employer did not ensure that all employees that were required to wear respirators were provided with a medical evaluation prior to the required use of the filtering facepiece respirators.   Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
