29 CFR  1926.304(d):Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) 1865 Kohler Dr. Boulder, CO 80302: On or about October 31, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the rotating blade on the DeWalt circular saw (Model DW744 Serial: 1008 2010 11-49 X) was adequately guarded. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards while cutting cabinet trim.
