29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  a) On or about November 24, 2025, at jobsite location 3201A Port Royale Dr S, Fort Lauderdale FL, 33308, the employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for employees using hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, APOC 128 All Pro SBS Modified Flashing Cement "tar" and gasoline, exposing employees to severe skin burns, eye damage and carcinogens.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about November 24, 2025, at jobsite location 3201A Port Royale Dr S, Fort Lauderdale FL, 33308, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the roof of a two-story multifamily home, engaged in re-roofing activities, were protected from fall hazards of approximately 17 feet 10 inches to the ground through the use of appropriate fall protection.
