29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the procedure: On or about November 25, 2025, employees engaged in manufacturing activities in the facility located at 2620 Industrial Avenue, Fairbury, NE 68352, were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer failed to instruct machine operators for the Accurpress Punch Press: Model Number: 7025012: Serial Number 7109 about the Lockout/tagout procedures and the prohibitions prior to the machine being serviced in which energy isolating procedures were implemented.
