29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) 1401 Vermont Ave, Lancaster PA, 17603 - On or about December 3, 2025, employees working with caustic chemicals are not provided with an appropriate eyewash facility capable of providing  at least 0.4 gallons (1.5 liters) of water per minute for 15 minutes, as described in ANSI Z358.1 (Section 5.1.6).  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
