29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.  Pool maintenance room: On and at times prior to December 2, 2025, the pool maintenance room where "In The Swim" pool tablets containing trichloro-s-triazinetrione and boric acid did not have a suitable eyewash capable of providing enough water for flushing of the eyes and body in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employees to eye and skin injuries from chemicals.

29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  Walk-in Freezer: On and at times prior to December 2, 2025, the floor inside the walk-in freezer was coated in ice near the door. This condition potentially exposes employees to slips and falls  .
