OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards:  (a) On December 2, 2025, and times prior, at 1915 HWY 2 BYP E Minot, ND, employees were exposed to crushing hazards while working in close proximity to pallet racking that was not anchored or otherwise secured against toppling.  Note: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include but are not limited to:  1. Anchor pallet racking to the floor or secure to walls in accordance with ANSI MH16.1 - Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks, Section 1.4 - Integrity of Rack Installations. 2. Follow manufacturer's installation guidelines for rack anchoring and stability.
