29 CFR  1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take.   On or about November 26, 2025, at the North side of building 11;  there were no signs to advise employee that worked in close proximity to energized lines.
