29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement:  a- 84 Messina Loop, Mullica Hill NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose posts/legs were not plumb to prevent swaying and displacement. Condition observed on or about 12/04/25.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 84 Messina Loop, Mullica Hill NJ - A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet 5 inches, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not run the full length of the active walking/working surface and whose walking/working surface was not supplied with end stops.  Condition observed on or about 12/04/25.
