29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly. Throughout the facility: On or about December 3, 2025 and times prior to fire extinguishers had not been subject to their monthly maintenance check(s). This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards. Notice #1, Item #1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to perform monthly maintenance checks to ensure fire extinguishers were serviceable. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on April 15,2024, Inspection #1741737, affirmed as final order on July 2, 2024, and means of abatement Notice #1, Item #1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to perform monthly maintenance checks to ensure fire extinguishers were serviceable. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on January 8, 2024, Inspection #1716993, affirmed as final order on February 5, 2024, and means of abatement
