29 CFR  1910.157(e)(2):Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly.  Throughout the facility: On or about December 3, 2025 and times prior to fire extinguishers had not been subject to their monthly maintenance check(s). This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.  Notice #1, Item #1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to perform monthly maintenance checks to ensure fire extinguishers were serviceable. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on April 15,2024, Inspection #1741737, affirmed as final order on July 2, 2024, and means of abatement   Notice #1, Item #1, 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to perform monthly maintenance checks to ensure fire extinguishers were serviceable. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on January 8, 2024, Inspection #1716993, affirmed as final order on February 5, 2024, and means of abatement

29 CFR  1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check:  Throughout the facility: On or about December 3, 2025 and at times prior there to, the employer did not ensure that fire extinguishers throughout their facility were subjected to an annual maintenance check. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
