29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Sonic Drive-in, 3361 South Alabama Avenue, Monroeville AL (Kitchen); on or about September 30, 2025, employees were allowed to perform maintenance and servicing on Henny-Penny Fryer, which has multiple energy sources such as electrical, thermal and natural gas, without those employees utilizing a machine specific lock out procedure to ensure all energy sources were controlled.
