29 CFR  1926.55(a)(2): An employee(s) was exposed to substance(s) with a permissible exposure limit not preceded by (C) at concentrations above that specified in Table 1 of �1926.55 for that substance(s):  a) On or about December 5, 2026, at the worksite of 1625 Butts Ave Tomah, WI 54660, employee #1 was attempting to unthaw a frozen mixer with a portable diesel powered heater and a gas powered portable generator was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 206 ppm 8-hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 4.12 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations over 480 minutes.  b) On or about December 5, 2026, at the worksite of 1625 Butts Ave Tomah, WI 54660, employee #2 was attempting to unthaw a frozen mixer with a portable diesel powered heater and a gas powered portable generator was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 133.7 ppm 8-hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 2.67 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations over 480 minutes.
