29 CFR  1910.213(a)(15): Combs (feather boards) or suitable jigs shall be provided at the workplace for use when a standard guard cannot be used, as in dadoing, grooving, jointing, moulding, and rabbeting.  a.)  Liberty Electronics, Inc.;  area 5, Production area - On or about 11/20/25, and at times prior thereto,  a two block technique was not utilized when processing the wood on the Craftsman Jointer.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
